I have a new favorite country to visit. New Zealand proved to be even better than all the superlative things I’ve heard about it. Every vista looks like a picture postcard. So many topographical and geological wonders exist in this country the size of the UK- emerald green forests, glaciers, volcanoes, fjords, limestone caves, gorgeous beaches and shimmering aqua lakes. I’m a sucker for the great outdoors, and between the sunshine, the views and thousands of activities, I felt I was at summer camp, only better and with really good food! If you decide to visit, I’d be happy to fill you on some highlights of this gorgeous land.
